Low altitude farming, fertile land, High Altitude land in Colorado is tougher to farm.

I have started projects not knowing I would run into zoning and building Department hurdles that have tripled my budget and could have been more.

Make sure you research with Zoning and Building Department to ensure you are not going to run into costly or even impossible hurdles.

Create a Master Plan for your Land. There are districts that give you one chance, submit the Master Plan for now and future outbuildings.

Know your start up needs and your future growth needs.
